What should I know about investments?
Once you have deposited money with us, the funds go on a licensed trading platform such as Bitstamp, Coinbase or DukasCopy, managed by our team of analysts and traders.
According to your contract, you can withdraw your funds at any time, with a prior notice, provided that the investment is not at loss.
Chainways Agency acts based on a mandate contract to trade your funds and charges a 30% fee of the profits made. Unfortunately, we do not guarantee any profitability, but it is in our best interest to increase your investment in a healthy way.

Using our experienced team of specialists, we prfioritize the safety of your funds over making profits. However, any investment carries risk.

Any amounts of cryptocurrency that is not stored on trading platforms is kept in cold storage, to avoid any possibility of a hacker's attack. However, we cannot be held liable for the third parties (trading platforms) where funds are traded.
